Animal Eyes is a 2,000-square-foot exhibition targeted
to 11-14-year-olds. The challenge of the exhibit was
to hook a difficult audience with the topic of the human
visual system. By comparing human and animal vision
we created an exhibit that explores our ongoing quest
to understand what animals actually see.
Animal Eyes was awarded first place in the 1999 American
Association of Museums Exhibition Competition. It is
currently traveling under the auspices of the Association
of Technology Centers (ASTC).
